Robi ensures free Internet to students and teachers of CU

“Chittagong University has launched online based classes to compensate the academic loss of the students in the epidemic. Under this program, the university authorities took initiative to provide 15 GB data pack free of cost to 100% of the students"

says Shirin Akhter, Vice Chancellor Professor, Chittagong University during the signing ceremony. “Mobile operator Robi comes forward for the greater good of students in terms of providing affordable data and social responsibility. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the top management of Robi Axiata Limited and all the officials concerned for this. ”

Robi has also made SIMs available at Tk.10 for all teachers and students of Chittagong University who do not have SIMs.

The MoU signing ceremony was attended by members of the Senate and Syndicate of the University, Deans, Provosts, Proctors and Assistant Proctors and Arif Ahmed Chowdhury, General Manager of Robi.
