Walton supports ‘International Children’s Peace Prize 2020’ winner Sadat Rahman

Electronics Manufacturer Walton donates BDT 500,000 to Sadat Rahman's initiative on Online Safety at a Grand Reception.

Sadat Hossain, 17, won the International Children’s Peace Prize 2020, previously won by Malala Yousafzai and Greta Thunberg.

Together with his friends he set up a social organisation called Narail Volunteers, through which he created the Cyber Teens mobile app. The app, still in Beta, helps teenagers learn how to use the internet safely. The award will also grant 100,000 Euros, which will help him develop his work.
